What is 'roaming SMTP'?

Advanced and Exchange mailboxes include 'roaming SMTP', which enables you to send mail using email software on your PC, from wherever you're accessing the internet. For example, if you use email software on a laptop (e.g. Outlook Express), you'll be able to send emails using different broadband connections.
